Registration AgreementYou agree to not exceed the bitrate purchased (normally max of 128kbps or the package you have purchased unless agreed). If you exceed this YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR 24 HOURS which will not be removed and no refund due. Do not attempt to login with the wrong password more than 3 times in a row as this will trigger a ban on your IP. Payment must be made ontime otherwise service will be suspended or stopped until paid. Payment is via paypal only and refunds are not issued as this is a digital delivery service and no physical goods exist. You will have used the service once you login or first connect. Service is offered as is, network problems, hardware failure, service outage, upgrades, viruses or any other problems with our service or with the internet, your connection or other items out of our control will not be accepted. We will at all times attempt to ensure the service runs with no downtime but as a server is just a higher spec pc you accept that downtime may happen on occasions like any other hosting company. No refunds, credit or warranty will be given unless the management or support agent agrees to give in writing in advance. Any agreement given to offer some form of compensation will be credited as a free service of no more than one months service at the rate which your account is signed up to. No actual refund or cash refund will be given. Any chargeback via paypal will be rejected on agreement to these conditions which will be given to paypal should it arrise. These terms may be changed or updated at any time without notice and you should check to ensure you still agree to them at regular intervals.
